Employer branding is the position or status a company has as an employer, the image of the employer. And of course you want the image people have of your company as an employer to be good! What can you as a company do about this? At the very least, the careersite should provide clear, reliable, and accurate information: what it is like to work there, you can post direct employee feedback on the site, photos of the working environment, information about the application procedure and employment conditions, etc. Try to explain or display exactly what makes the company unique. A good first impression of the company values, culture and colleagues is important for potential candidates. After all, they want to know whether it’s a good fit (or not) with an organisation.
