For candidates who want to apply on a mobile phone or tablet, it’s nice (and necessary in our opinion!) if the website provides this option. Of course, it’s not always possible to upload documents directly via mobile or tablet.
Ubeeo forms can be made mobile adaptive. This means that candidates can also apply via their mobile or tablets. We give candidates the option to use their LinkedIn profile as a CV or, for example, to load documents via Dropbox or another cloud service they use on their mobile or tablet.
And if the applicant doesn’t have this option available to them? Then we have the option to start the application on a mobile device and complete it later on a PC. The applicant will then receive an email about it so they can upload their CV and/or cover letter at a later time.
