How does it work with product support? Does it cost more?

There is no limit on the access to support. It is a part of the service we offer and is included in the price.

Ubeeo has its own helpdesk. In the Netherlands and in England. All our technical staff also provide support. They know all the ins and outs of our software and can help users in the fastest way possible.

Problems or questions can be reported by phone, email, directly in our support system or via LiveChat. The latter is available for all users via the application.
