“As a developer, I always take a critical look at my work. Does it work? Could it be better, simpler, or faster? I don’t ask those questions just to be a pain. I just want what we build to be really good. My background is diverse, and I notice that every day. I’ve worked in various roles and environments. Because of that, I don’t just look at the code, but also at the bigger picture: what does the user need, and how does that fit into the product?”
What makes this job so much fun? The team, without a doubt. We brainstorm together, discuss solutions, and laugh a lot. And we work together on a great product that I’m proud of. Ultimately, for me, it all comes down to one thing: making customers happy. If something we’ve built makes someone’s work easier or more enjoyable, then I’ve had a good day.”
