“When I was little I already dreamed of having my own company. I made a career at Oracle through change and technology. When I implemented iCams (as Ubeeo ATS was first called) at Oracle in the early 2000s, I knew deep down that I had found my product. And in 2004 I dared to take the step. The first years mostly by myself, and now with a full team in a stunning office on the Maas. As a business professional from Rotterdam, I like to get my hands dirty and help build solutions with a high “mission-impossible” factor.”
